This award winning family-run guest house is the Garden of England's greatest secret. We are a 4 star guest house located in one acre of beautiful gardens. The attractive setting solar heated indoor / outdoor swimming pool, sauna, luxury hot tub and fitness room can provide hours of relaxation and amusement for all ages. There are age restrictions on some equipement.

Guests are welcome to relax, , by the
pool (solar heated)and in our garden with a traditional Kentish cream tea prepared by the proprietress Sue, a fully qualified chef who caters for all tastes and dietary requirements. A full restaurant service is available for residents and non-residents alike. Our beautiful restaurant provides a happy, informal family atmosphere for all your meals. Evening meals are also served with fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden.
